The second series of Model Trem figures was a result of the threat of a lawsuit against the company by Glasslite. MT decided to release this line of Star wars like characters, some even using parts from both released MT SW figures and SW characters that they hadn't released but obviously had planned on using. The 2nd series figures, as with the first, came with #ed boxes and weapons. They also came with a profile card, similar to the GI Joe figures of the same time frame.
